Wisdom Body Lujong is the ancient Tibetan practice that brings physical exercise and meditation together. It has been used for centuries to enhance natural confidence; dissolve anxiety and stress; and increase physical and mental vibrancy.
Come join us for this 8-week series, which will introduce you to this wonderful movement meditation form or deepen your practice for those of you already familiar with it. Accessible for all levels of physical ability and fitness.

Tim J Luddy is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher (with RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and YACEP certifications). He has also been trained and certified as a Lujong Instructor by Rose Taylor Goldfield. Tim teaches classes in Wall Ropes, Yoga for Stiff Bodies, as well as Hatha and Vinyasa classes at various Yoga Tree locations in San Francisco. He has been intensively studying and practicing Mahamudra and Five Elements meditation with Wisdom Sun since 2011, and was introduced to meditation in 1973.
Rose Taylor Goldfield spent many years meditating and teaching in nunneries and monasteries in Nepal and Bhutan. She is author of Training the Wisdom Body: Buddhist Yogic Exercise and contributing author of Dancing with Dharma: Essays on Movement and Dance in Western Buddhism and Freeing the Body, Freeing the Mind: Writings on the Connections between Yoga and Buddhism, and co-translator of Stars of Wisdom: Analytical Meditation, Songs of Yogic Joy, and Prayers of Aspiration. Rose holds an MA in Indo-Tibetan Buddhist studies from Naropa University. She and her husband, Ari Goldfield, are co-directors of the Wisdom Sun meditation center, and parents of Oliver Robert (three years old).
