and Rose Taylor Goldfield

Monday Mornings 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

June 19th to August 14th

Wisdom Sun, Noe Valley, San Francisco

Wisdom Body Lujong is the ancient Tibetan practice that brings physical exercise and meditation together. It has been used for centuries to enhance natural confidence; dissolve anxiety and stress; and increase physical and mental vibrancy. This form of Lujong was introduced to the West by the Tibetan meditation master, Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche.

Come join us for this 8-week series, which will introduce you to this wonderful movement meditation form or deepen your practice for those of you already familiar with it. Accessible for all levels of physical ability and fitness.

Course Fee: $80

(drop-in $20/class, but please email to reserve a space)
