Wisdom Body Lujong:

Tibetan Yoga and the Five Elemental Energies

with Rose Taylor Goldfield

Weekend Workshop: January 20th and 21st, 2018

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sukhasiddhi Center, Fairfax, CA

Lujong is the ancient Tibetan practice that brings physical exercise and meditation together. It enhances natural confidence, dissolves anxiety and stress, and increases physical and mental vibrancy. It was introduced to the West by the Tibetan master Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche, who personally trained Rose. This practice works on the threefold levels of our human being: the physical body, the subtle body of feeling and sensation, and pure awareness.

During this weekend, we will train with body-based meditations, subtle body practices, and movement meditations. In particular, we will focus on the energetic elements that make up our world and our experience: earth, water, fire, wind, and space. Focusing on the elements in our own experiential body helps to bring them into balance and is beneficial to our health and emotional wellbeing.
